Venue and Lodging

The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel and Conference Center in Pomona, CA on the eastern border of Los Angeles County.  We think you will enjoy the brand-new LEED Silver-certified meeting space!  The hotel sits in the LA County fairgrounds in a peaceful park setting.  The venue is surrounded by lovely outdoor areas so you can run, walk or bike in your free time.  The hotel is a short drive from the hip Claremont Village which offers more than 150 restaurants and boutiques.  Note, there are no restaurants located in walking distance to the hotel. Each hotel room has a refrigerator so you can bring food with you or eat at the tasty hotel restaurant.  Also, the hotel offers free shuttle service to hotel guests to the Claremont Village and other nearby areas.  Note, the hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle to/from the Ontario airport.  Advance reservations required!  (phone number below)

We have negotiated a limited number of hotel room suites at (the state rate) $120/night.  (And you may also upgrade at check-in if you’d like for an additional $35 a night to access the Club Lounge which offers a full breakfast buffet and 24-hour drinks and snacks.)  Our group rate is available for single or double occupancy rooms and includes complimentary internet and parking.  All rooms are two-room suites as shown in the picture above.  This rate is available until February 1, 2016 or until the rooms in our block are sold out, whichever comes first.  Please indicate that you are attending the TWS-WS Annual Meeting 2016 to receive our negotiated rate.   Please click here to be directed to the hotel reservation website and our group rate.  Or, reservations can also be made by telephone at (888) 627-8074.
